Here are a handful of questions I get regarding shipping. I hope this information helps.
- Question: How is the MMF shipped (any markings on the outside)?
- Answer: The MMF is typically shipped in a padded white or tan envelop. The only markings are my return address and your shipping address.
- Q: How long will it take you to ship my MMF out?
- A: It usually takes ~2wks from the arrival of an order to it being shipped.
- Q: Do you give tracking numbers?
- A: No, I typically do not give tracking numbers. That is just one more thing for me to do. However, if your package does not arrive within 7 days (as listed above), please reach out. I’ll then send the dogs a’sniffing! I’ve only had 1 US package go missing in ~20+ years! (Sadly, a handful of international packages, hence my inability to ship overseas any longer).
- Q: Do you let us know when the package is shipped?
- A: Yes, I always send an e-mail the day I ship your package.
- Q: How often do you ship packages?
- A: Typically, I make one (1) trip to the Post Office per week (usually Thursday or Friday). This is done for two (2) reasons. First off, once a week is the best I can mange with my work schedule. More importantly however, I need to maximize how many packages I am shipping vs the time I dedicate to this task.
- Q: Do you ship internationally?
- A: Sadly, no. But, look for the “Self-Service” option (under the Shop Drop Down) for how to order MMF packages and parts directly from the 3D Print Vendor..
