Question: What CI level (or how much skin) do you need to use the MMF?
Answer: We recommend that you have at least a CI of 3 or 4. Some with CI3 have had success, but not all. Most with CI4 do.

Q: The standard plug is too small (slips through the rings) or too big (I cannot install properly). Do you have different sized tension plugs?
A: Yes, we have a smaller as well as a larger size. Look in the MMF parts area to find purchase options. If you are unsure which one to order, please e-mail me (metamorefore@gmail.com)

Q: My glans seems to slip up past the Bottom End Ring ring. What can I do?
A: We have an adapter that fits onto (under) the Bottom End Ring (it helps to narrow the opening just a little). This has solved most of these issues with other restorers. Look in the MMF parts area to find it.

Q: The standard rings seem to small, I cannot get my foreskin tube comfortably into the rings. What can I do?
A: Sadly, 1 out of ~10 restorers has this issue. Recently we have come upon a possible way to pre-determine fitment (look at the FITMENT AND CHOOSING YOUR MORE-F (linked). We do have a larger set, and work with you to swap the standard set for the larger one. This is one of the reasons we encourage first time uses to ONLY purchase the most basic of packages at first. If you have this problem, please e-mail us (metamorefore@gmail.com). We will walk you through the sanitation/cleaning process and the return/exchange process. NOTE: There may be a slight charge for the larger set (since it contains more material), but we try and keep this to a minimum. Also, we ask to split the shipping (you cover sending it back, we cover sending replacement; but, we do not demand this arrangement).
