With that said (as above) we work very hard to make sure our customers get the most out of their MetaMoreFore system. At present, our biggest challenge is making sure a restorer has the proper size set of rings (inner diameter of standard = ~23mm, large = ~27 mm) and tensioning plug. We do have an approach to try and pre-determine fitment (see FITMENT AND CHOOSING YOUR MORE-F; linked), but that method is not 100% guaranteed. If you experience fitment issues with the MMF, please do not hesitate to contact us – be assured, we will work to resolve the issue, even if it requires a “swap” of a one size system for another (standard vs large).
On the rare occasioned when the standard MMF (as described above) is too small, we work with the restorer to clean/sanitize the item and process an exchange* (for a larger set). This is the DRIVING reason while we encourage first time MMF customers/ users to only purchase the Basic or Premium Packages (with no additional accessories beyond the tugging ring). If, as a first time customer, you opt to purchase accessories, and you require the larger MMF (if the standard is too small), we will not be able to accept those extra items during an exchange. We have always held the position that the restorer should first purchase either a Basic or Premium Package, and then order additional items only if the MMF works for them!
